Hotels are now the source of an emergency supply of hot water for hundreds of thousands of people in Ireland, with hotel supplies and hotel plumbing supplies on the rise.

The Irish Times reported that hotel supply chain Hotels Ireland has reported an increase in the number of hotel supply requests from the hotel industry since last year.

As the demand for hotel supply continues to grow, we have also been working closely with the hotel sector to ensure they have the best possible supply of supply. “

Our supplier supply plan has increased from 2,000 hotel supply items in 2014-15 to more than 7,000 items in 2016-17, with the goal of achieving an overall supply of 8,000 to 9,000 by 2020-21.”

As the demand for hotel supply continues to grow, we have also been working closely with the hotel sector to ensure they have the best possible supply of supply.

“We have also launched a new campaign on our website to highlight some of the products we offer for sale and encourage customers to contact us directly if they are concerned about their supply of a specific product.”

Hotel supply is growing with hotels across the country, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Donegal, Waterford, Clare, Sligo and Dublin having over 30,000 rooms available to house guests.

Hotel water is a major issue for some, with a study published last year finding more than 40 per cent of adults in Ireland were experiencing symptoms of allergies.

“The majority of hotel room occupants are not able to tolerate hot water at home, which means the availability of hot tap water is of crucial importance for a wide range of individuals,” said Mr Byrne.

“If you are a hotel guest who is experiencing symptoms such as hot water intolerance, a lack of comfort or a lack the ability to use the shower, or if you are concerned for the safety of your personal hygiene and/or safety of guests, you may wish to consider contacting our Hotel Water Supply Department.”
