If you’re tired of your sleeping bag, you can use an actual pillow to add warmth to your sleeping pad.

That’s because the foam insulation inside a sleeping pad can actually keep the body warm in the winter.

You don’t need a full-size pillow for that to work, though.

Just use a small, hollow pillow and fill it with a mixture of water, food, and bedding.

And you’ll want to keep it that way in case of a severe cold.

Here’s how to do it.

The first step is to find out if the sleeping pad is made of foam insulation.

There are two types of foam: Type 1, which is made out of a solid material and can withstand a lot of cold, and Type 2, which are made out in the form of a plastic and plastic-like material.

Both of these types of insulation offer a great deal of warmth.

If you find that a foam pad is the right type for your needs, you’re ready to start making it.

To make a foam mattress, mix up one part of the foam with the other part of your favorite type of insulation, like a polyester pad.

Make sure you don’t use too much foam because it can make your pad stiffer and make it harder to move around in.

Put it in the fridge to cool down.

After a few days, you should see that your pad is starting to absorb the cold.

If it doesn’t, that’s because there’s some foam in the material, but it won’t absorb enough of the cold air to get to your body.

You’ll need to take it out of the fridge and rehydrate it.

Make it heavier with your pillow, or fill it up with more food and/or a little water to absorb any excess.

Next, put your pillow inside your sleeping pack.

Fill it with water, and place it on top of the pack.

You can use the foam inside the pack to make the mattress more sturdy.

Next up, take the bag out of its container and put it inside a warm room.

Make a big bowl, or put a big bucket in there and fill that with water and a few tablespoons of food and a little bit of bedding, so that you’ll have enough to cover your entire body.

Make the pillow bigger and larger, and fill the bucket with more water and food, until you have enough room for the whole thing to fill the whole bowl.

It should look like this.

If the foam doesn’t absorb the whole bucket of water and the food, you’ll need a larger bowl to fill.

After you’ve filled it, lay it on the floor.

Fill the bucket of the empty pad with the rest of the water, so the entire bucket is filled with water.

Then put the pad inside the bucket and lay it in a warm spot to warm up.

Repeat this process until your pad feels like it’s actually a pillow.

If your pad has enough foam inside it, you know you’ve covered your whole body.

If not, try rehydrating it, or placing a warm towel in the bag and wrapping it around your whole neck to keep warm.

If all goes well, your pad should feel more like a real pillow than it has the previous night.

And if you do feel like you need to wear it more, you have a lot more options than just a regular sleeping pad that you can buy in the store.

If a cold can make you uncomfortable, try using a pillow to make yourself feel more comfortable.

That way, you won’t have to worry about your sleeping sack getting soaked in cold water or getting tangled up in the fabric of your tent.
